The Analytics Cup returns for its second edition, hosted by PySportand SkillCorner. This time we bring both football (including body pose) and basketball tracking data to the sports analytics community.
Participants from around the world can compete in Football, Basketball, or both, choosing either the USA competition with its final in Boston or the Europe competition with its final in Paris.
All submissions are open-source. The goal is not only to produce great analysis, but to create methods, tools and ideas that others can reproduce, reuse, and develop further. After the competition, both the football and basketball datasets will also be released as open data.
